I am 100 percent pro-life.

Illinois has become one of the most aggressive pro-abortion states in the nation, allowing taxpayer-funded abortions up to the moment of birth and now moving toward assisted-suicide policies. These choices reflect a troubling shift away from a culture that values and protects human life.

For me, this issue is not political. It is deeply personal. As an adoptive father, I have witnessed the extraordinary worth and God-given purpose of every child. Life is a sacred gift, and every unborn child deserves the chance to experience it.

I have consistently voted to defend life, and I always will. My commitment is to build an Illinois where women, families, and children are supported; where choosing life is encouraged; and where the dignity of every human being—born and unborn—is honored and protected from conception to natural death.
